I went to the Century 21 website and looked at all the realtors names and faces. Kelly LaForce had the friendliest face! Kelly was a delight to work with! She knows Hannibal and the properties for sale and saved me lots of time by knowing which types of properties I didn't need to see based on my personal preferances. Kelly was always a professional, polite, kind, and fun. She helped me look for a house for 7 months! I lived in Texas and would make trips up to view houses. I would pick out about 3 houses and Kelly would find a few more to see so it wasn't a waste of my driving time. She stuck it out with me and always offered good advice. Once she found a house for sale by owner and approached them to see if they would work with Century 21. Then she did a video tour of the house live so I could watch as she went through it. That was exceptional, going over and beyond! When I called inspectors and contractors they asked who my realtor was and at Kelly's name always brought positive comments like " She's a good one!" or, "She knows her business." Those comments gave me confidence that she had a good name in the community. I would always refer any of my (new) friends to Kelly! Actually, I called her the day of moving in and she showed a house to my daughter! Yes, Yes, Yes, Kelly is the realtor you want!
