We first met Kelly Kaufman about 3 years ago. My husband and I were living in a 2 bedroom condo with our 2 children. As they were growing up our space became more limiting. We knew we wanted a bigger home in a great school system and low taxes and unfortunately so did everyone else in this real estate boom. We were very nervous about having to sell our condo in order to do so and with the market being so volatile we had so many questions. If we sold our place where would we go? If we couldn't find a home in time what would come of the boys' school situation? With each new scenario that presented itself Kelly wasn't just a realtor but she became more of a trusted friend. She eased our fears provided insight and walked us through every pro and con of each house we went to see. Some people might ask how could you have taken 3 years to find a home? Well my husband and I were particular about what we wanted. Finding a home became a second job while we lugged our children to open houses every weekend and sometimes during the week. Kelly never minded. Being a person who values family she really treated my boys equally with love and care keeping them involved in the process and asking them questions. They became quite well versed in knowing the differences between styles of homes and whether or not the master bedroom had an ensuite.After having over 15 offers rejected Kelly never lost faith that we would find the one even though there were many times where we just wanted to stop searching. Her positivity and encouragement really helped us find a house that we will turn into a home. More importantly is the relationship she built with us that was founded on trust. During the process if something didn't seem right her advice was well received and always in our favor. I truly believe she really wanted the best for us and went out of her way to help.My husband and I will continue to recommend her to those looking for a realtor.
