We asked Kelly to take over the sale of our property and guide us in the right direction. Within a few days after signing with Kelly, she had the house was being shown. Kelly had more viewing in two weeks than we had had in six months with the previous agent. We had a buyer in less than a month. The first one fell through. But, with in two weeks we had another contract on the house and it sold. Kelly, answered her phone anytime we called, text or communicated with her. She answered messages with in hour of it being left. She kept us posted on all communications. She was patient and kind and understanding with us even when we were upset. Most importantly Kelly asked what we wanted and she got it for us. I would recommend her to anyone asking!!!
