He was always there whenever we had to sign papers even when we went to the loan office, which even the loan officer said was pretty rare. He made sure buying home was stress free and was looking out for us. He is very knowledgeable and will always do his best to get you the best house you are looking for as well as negotiating. We went with a new build home and since he used to be a civil engineer. He knew what to look out for during the building of the home. He made sure to point out what needed to be fixed or changed. I honestly believe he knows everyone in Arizona that has anything to do with real estate, and he has all the "hook-ups" you could ever imagine for deals on projects or items you would need to purchase after buying a house.
