I contacted Kelly Hubbard to list my aunt's house in Dawsonville because I had heard so many wonderful things about her and her knowledge of the real estate business. She made the process very easy and she was so professional. She gave us so many tips on staging the house and chose a great photographer to take pictures. While this was my first experience in purchasing a home I do not believe that I could have done better in the realtor aspect. Kelly is always on point; even with a massive tooth infection she never let me down. One could say that she provided too much info, and to that person I would say you are a fool. Kelly guided, informed, mentored, and answered every single question I had (and the very few that she did not have authoritative say-so on she sent me straight to the source). Kelly is a superhero and was the key factor in my closing of a house that was not only a phenomenal deal but a home that my wife, son, and I all love. And just ask her, I gave her one hell of an assignment. We had very little inventory, very short timeframe, very little wiggle room and Kelly knocked it out of the park! I will recommend Kelly to everyone that I hear is looking to buy or sell a home. This includes interrupting stranger's conversations that I hear in passing.
