Kelly Hilker is not only an amazing realtor but a truly great person all around. She went above and beyond to help us through a bit of a roller coaster of an escrow process. Making sure we were fully informed and protected every step of the way. Her communication is clear, professional and she seemed to always be available when we needed her. Our transaction was a first for my husband and I in a lot of ways and Kelly’s positive and energetic nature helped us stay focused and keep our nerves in check. We had to move quickly. My daughter came one day in mid-September with no prior planning and we accomplished a sale of the house, packing of the moving truck to take to her house with my things, a trip to NM for a birthday party for my grandson and a closing on Oct. 1! We did our shame but Kelly did more. "I'll take care of that." was her favorite phrase. She never complained one time about how we were doing things, even when we refused her offer to stage the house with one of her favorite people. She did it herself! And it turned out to be more beautiful the way Kelly did it and saved us money. She turned out to work with all three of us-myself, my daughter and my son, on a selling price and she sold the house the second day on the market. There were plenty of glitches and she handled each one with a smile and patience. I appreciated that! Thank you, Kelly!
