Kelly helped the reviewer sell this property

Our First Call in Colorado Springs

Kelly Gehrmann is the real deal. She listed our property, managed a tenant transition, navigated a VA loan transaction with tight deadlines, and kept us informed at every step. Her knowledge of the Colorado Springs market was impressive, her advice was candid and always grounded in our best interest, and she handled every curveball with complete professionalism. We walked away feeling like we had an advocate, not just an agent. She will be our first call and our strongest referral for anyone buying or selling in the Springs.
