I’m really glad we went with Kelly to sell our house. We were under time constraints, trying to move out of state, while wanting to sell our house as quickly as possible. Kelly was very active and on top of things, trying to keep us on track with the improvements we needed to make on the house to sell it. She was always available, and ready to listen to any concerns we had. Plus, she always knew what to do. She has a ton of experience, and it really showed. On top of being super professional and competent, everyone involved with the sale that was connected to her was as well. For example, the title company she suggested that we hire was superb. What I most appreciated about Kelly was that I knew we were in good hands. I always had the feeling that I made the right decision with regards to choosing her as our realtor, and I simply always had confidence in her during the entire process. I know people have a ton of choices when looking for a realtor. But if you are looking for a realtor, Kelly Fischer should be your choice!
