She did the unfathomable!

We were, to say the least tainted by a recent bad experience. Kelly helped us in 2021 and we both, Ken and I, agreed that we should seek her out for selling help. She knew the property and the community and could sell it in our opinion in this depressed selling market. Her careful assessment of what was on sale and nearby our home was Key. We then selected a price together that made it very marketable. It sold by the first person who it was showed to one day after losing and closed in less than 30 days! Wow right? She was patient with my husband and I continuous questions and she gave us the facts to make responsible decisions. We trusted her implicitly and due to her saying it with truth we knew she had our back from sale if this to move in of our home in Grant! Thank, thank you, and thank you!!!
