In my opinion, Kelly is an extremely professional agent that really knows the market. I had wanted to list at a higher price however she provided current market conditions would not support a higher price. When we closed on the sale we ended up close to the original ask price that Kelly suggested. She does a great job helping the seller stay on track with your part to complete the transaction.
