You pay about the same percentage commission no matter who you use, so I figured I would go with the best. I was very impressed with Kelly and her team. They were very professional, and overall the process went as smooth as possible. Their house showing notification setup was very convenient to use and the professional photos of the house probably boosted marketability the most. I will definitely use her next time.
