Best of all, she did sell my home within 3 months, which was excellent for the market at the time. When it came time for some negotiations, she guided me through it like a pro. I ended up with $3,000 less than the asking price, which I was very pleased with. I feel that Kelly truly cares about her clients and has their best interest in mind. If you are in the market to buy or you want to sell your home, you would be wise to consult with her before making your choice on an agent.
