I was looking to purchase a home in Vero Beach, Florida while still living in Colorado. I had no direct contacts in the area and after a bit of research I found Kelly Fischer and her team. Let me tell you, Kelly is thorough, thoughtful and an absolute professional. Buying a home is stressful. Buying a home across the country is stressful and time consuming. Buying a home across the country during a pandemic…well, you know where this is going. Kelly was available for any questions and promptly responded to all of my inquiries, but here’s the difference; Kelly worked with me to tour potential homes virtually, made sure I wasn’t getting into something that didn’t fit my requirements and made sure I was shopping in the best possible part of town. I didn’t leave Colorado until my purchase was complete. Kelly was my contact on the ground for the entire transaction kept me informed and was my advocate in Vero. This may be a difficult time to purchase a new home (especially if you are relocating) but if you choose to work with Kelly and her team you can rest assured that you are in the best of hands!
