My husband and I have worked with several realtors over the years and maybe the best compliment I can give about Kelly is that she really listens to her clients. She took the time to find out exactly what we wanted and she helped us find it. She never made me feel rushed or pressured. She was patient with all of our many questions and she always answered promptly and thoroughly. We were new to the area and her knowledge of the area and the schools were extremely valuable to us. When it came time to put in an offer on our dream house, her negotiating skills were spot on. She knew exactly what a fair offer would be and when the house appraised she was exactly on the mark. After our inspections came back we needed to negotiate the price down. She impressed us with her knowledge and her ability to skillfully negotiate the sale using facts and pictures. I highly recommend using Kelly’s services.
