Before the listing of our house went live, Kelly provided spot-on analysis of what our house would be compared to, a recommended listing price, and an overall strategy for selling at maximum value as quickly as possible. From there pictures were taken of our house prior to the listing going live and the photographer she used was excellent with an editing turnaround time of the next day.
