Kelly is one of the most professional and kind humans I have ever come across in my life. We have been searching for a home for over 2 years with other realtors, but nothing really clicked. We were about to give up when we started working with Kelly. Within 1 month of thorough research on her part, we came across our dream home. AND HERE IS WHY I AM WRITING THIS REVIEW. When we found the home we just had to have, there were 3 offers in already. We had a strict budget, but she guided us in putting a realistic offer in within our budget, then negotiated with the other realtor which resulted in US getting the home! I don't know how she did it, but all we did was follow her advise, sit tight, and trust her. Now we live in the home of our dreams, and are incredibly grateful to Kelly. She also has a rich resource of inspectors and contractors that can help guild you through any issues of the property before closing. Not only is she knowledgeable, she is kind, humble, and hard working. She will put you and your needs first! If you are looking for a home, this is your realtor. Trust me, you won't find anyone more knowledgeable, professional, and kind!!

Kelly is great at what she does! She has helped me buy/sell two homes now and both times she has gone over and beyond expectations as a realtor! She is patient and knows what she's doing and understands the market well. I will use her and recommend her as often as possible!
