Kelly handled everything concerning the sale. She was knowledgable about all aspect pertaining to what needed to be taken care of regarding all documents needed. All I needed to do was fill out some requested forms, provide information on the house itself and all utilities. She handled all closing costs. She was always available either by texting, emails or phone. All correspondence was taken care of immediately. Never had to wait for an answer on any question. Settlement date was set and it never had to be updated.
