Kelly knows the Culpeper area real estate market better than most, She diligently pursues transactions from the time a contract is signed right through to closing. She has a good handle on market valuations which helps considerably during negotiations. I highly recommend Kelly for your real estate needs.
Kelly is friendly and professional. She has good communication principles and works hard for her clients. She makes recommendations but is never pushy. I will continue to work with Kelly as the opportunity arises.
Kelly was outstanding & easy to work with, mainly because of her friendly, down-to-earth personality. Her patience was greatly appreciated as this was my first home purchase (and I went through a lot of indecisiveness before finally choosing this home!). Kelly was easily accessible and always available to answer my e-mails, texts and phone calls. Kelly's vast knowledge was extremely helpful throughout the process, she helped make the process a smooth one and she took wonderful care of me as her client. Highly recommended! Thanks Kelly!
Kelly was very professional, knowledgeable, and successful. She guided me through the process, answered my questions with patience and was able to get me the property I wanted. Kelly clearly understood the local market and surrounding areas with great precision.
Ms Duckett-Corbin took over when our previous agent did not appear to be acting on our behalf. Kelly skillfully showed us house after house, observing our reactions carefully and patiently listening to our concerns. When a short-sale came on the market, she acted quickly, knowing it was just what we wanted. The price was a little high, so I made a reasonable counter-offer, which Kelly relayed to the seller, handling all the negotiations in a highly professional manner. The result: we got a wonderful home in a very nice neighborhood, close to work and to my children's schools, and right across from the swimming pool, clubhouse, and playground. I could not be more pleased, and I owe it all to Ms. Duckett-Corbin's consummate professionalism. She is honest and forthright, and makes buying a home easy and fun!
