Kelly was awesome to work with. She kept me well informed with everything going on. She worked with me with my dog issues. We got close to asking price during a very difficult time. Kelly is very knowledgeable at buying and selling homes. I would have used Kelly to buy my new home, but I bought from my nephew. I would use Kelly again if I need to buy or sell a house
Kelly helped my wife and I purchase our first home. She is absolutely perfect. So professional and knowledgeable. I can’t imagine going through this process with another realtor. 10 outta 10, we will be using Kelly for all of our future real estate needs.
Kelly was so amazing at helping my wife and I purchase our first home. She was so helpful and knowledgeable about the area. She was always so quick to respond. We will be using Kelly for all of our future real estate purchases. 100 outta 100!
Kelly is so friendly! She is very knowledgeable in renting, buying & selling houses - one of the best!!
Kelly is a great person and realtor. She has the knowledge and experience to meet the needs of her client. She has sold two homes for us and we could not imagine anyone but Kelly!
I want to say "THANK YOU KELLY!" for such a top of the line job. Kelly had a hard sell on my in-laws home. The sewer system failed inspection and a new alternative system had to be put in. Kelly went above and beyond for the sewer to be replaced. I would not have anyone else sell my house. She is a awesome real-estate dealer.
We have loved working with Kelly for relocating from out of state. Kelly is an amazing realtor who works tirelessly to understand your specific needs and anticipate questions. She makes home buying effortless; providing clear and honest evaluation of properties. She also has excellent instincts for the market and area with all the contacts you could need for service referrals. We look forward to continuing to work with her into the future!
Kelly was always a five out of five. Personable as well as knowledgeable, she was attentive to details and timely with responses. Enjoyed working with her and was very pleased with the outcome.
We first met Kelly in January of 2022. She immediately began providing us with listings that met all our criteria. We had lived in Northern Virginia previously and understood what a changeling real estate market it was. Kelly was very patient with us as we looked at multiple homes over the next few months. She found the perfect home for us in late June and we closed in July. She was at our side throughout the entire process. I am convinced if she hadn’t been our agent we would not have been able to get the house we did. We will not hesitate to utilize her for our future real estate needs.
Kelly was extremely helpful in the sale of my property. Being from the local area, she was very knowledgeble on my properties characteristics and what people were looking for in the area. I will be using her to sell future properties as well.
Kelly has grown up in the area and knows the neighborhoods well. She understood my preference for a vintage house within walking distance of the Historic Downtown and within my budget. Kelly guided me through negotiation and purchase in a fast-paced market. She is competent, professional, and available. And she continues to help and provide suggestions as I settle in.
Kelly was amazing! I was buying a house by myself and she made the whole process as stress-free as possible. She was so patient in answering all of my questions and didn't pressure me at all to choose a house. If I move again, I will definitely use her!
