Kelly was our real estate agent here in Phoenix. On Wednesday evening we talked to her and explained our situation that we were in a very compressed time frame as our home in Oregon had sold and asked if she would be able to show us homes that coming weekend and she was able to clear her schedule and we spent all of Saturday and most of Sunday and was able to submit an offer and it was excepted. She was present with me at our home inspection and was very helpful. There turned out to be an issue with the purchase of our home in Oregon with a FHA loan and she was able to talk with our agent in Oregon and the issue was resolved and the closing date in Oregon was as we thought it was going to be. We had two vehicles shipped down from Oregon that got to Phoenix before we were there and Kelly met the transport and took care of delivery for us. Kelly also came by the house while we were driving to Phoenix and there appeared to be a water leak with the irrigation system in the backyard and the patio was flooded, she tracked down a landscape company that was working on the block and they came and took care of the issue, she paid for their service and took care of the whole deal. I guess I can't say enough about her level of service through the whole process, Kelly was very easy to work with and was very easy to reach with any questions or issues. She is definitely very knowledgeable in the entire process. Kelly was in contact with the mortgage company as well as the title company to make sure there were as few issues as possible. It is difficult enough to sell a home and purchase another let alone in different states but with Kelly's help it really wasn't that difficult. Highly recommended, would definitely use her again for our next purchase. Thanks Kelly!!

You will feel immediately comfortable and in good hands. What you can't know immediately is her ability to be direct and professional. Kelly was spot on with each and every interaction with myself, my husband, the sellers and the selling agent. She was never emotional and instead objective. She was quick to respond to all questions (and I had many) and provided detailed explanations, verbal and written. Kelly certainly went above and beyond my expectations of a real estate agent. I can not think of a single negative except that the process and dealings with Kelly are over now that my house has closed!
