Kelly kept us calm, informed, and feeling secure throughout the entire process from listing to closure. Her responses were immediate; getting back to us no matter how mundane our questions. She reassured us; educating us throughout the process so that we felt empowered not helpless. She made us feel as though we were her only client even though that was not the case. In addition she continued to be ever resourceful when it came to new and creative ways to market our home rather than just waiting for the right buyer to come along.
