My husband and I were 24-year residents of Winter Springs, itching to move to the beach, with a tentative deal on the coast in NE Florida. We had two houses to sell first. As we were spiffing up our Florida home to put it on the market, Kelly called us about an associate’s client, who was eager to see the house as soon as possible. The place was nowhere near show ready, but we were motivated. With understanding of our situation, knowledge of the neighborhood, and eye for the potential of a well-loved home Kelly showed our house most favorably. The buyer made an offer the next day and, importantly, offered to let us move out on our own time. Our first beach house offer fell through, then COVID starting spreading. Kelly just kept things moving forward with the potential buyer so we kept looking. We were blessed to find another beach property immediately. None of this fazed Kelly as she negotiated the sale of our house.
