Before choosing a real estate agent, I did a lot of research to see who would best fit my parameters. Kelly stood out as the best real estate person in Plainfield. She was easy to work with, always available and her social media presence was strong. Kelly puts a lot of work into her listings. I spoke with Kelly in my home, she spent hours answering my questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes she's sold, how long listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. Kelly also provided staging tips. When I saw the listing I was blown away. Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - my listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. I had 11 offers on my home. My house went under contract 4 days after I put it on the market at 10K over the asking price. She walked me through every step of the closing process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. I've recommended Kelly to everyone I know. She's a true professional and a genuinely nice.
