Kelly was unfortunately unable to attend the closing due to illness. She did send a representative from the company to attend. My only complaint is none ever told me congratulations on the purchases of my new home at the closing. Kelly answered my calls on off hours and when she didn't, immediately contacted me when she was available. Kelly may not have none everything about the construction details of the home (she was very knowledgeable I'm this regard) but knew who to contact to get a trustworthy answer. Kelly made a very difficult process both easy and enjoyable. We lost both parent’s prematurely and unexpectedly and it was their lifetime home that we were selling.
