Kelly Blatt

Kelly was the listing agent we used when selling our home in Costa Mesa. He was extraordinarily supportive throughout the process, going above and beyond on several occasions. For example, when we were in the last days of prepping our house for photos, Kelly showed up and help with some last minute painting and planting, even bringing his own tools. Kelly is also very knowledgeable about the local markets, the selling process, and techniques to ensure a fair deal is reached. Kelly also provided us with a local designer who was a great help in getting our home properly staged, and helped us get top dollar for our home. He was consistently available day and night to answer our questions. We wholeheartedly recommend Kelly.

I would give Kelly more than 5 stars if I could. He worked like a horse to make the process as easy as possible for us. No complaints whatsoever! Happily did multiple open houses. Great advice--both from Kelly and his associates Colin Delaney and Leslie Rothmans.
