Kelly's pesistence and determination were exceptional over a period of nine months. Our home had maintenance issues. Some structural concerns were exposed by inspectors that we were not aware of. Challenges included four failed closures beyond her control. Through it all, Kelly maintained a positive outlook, demonstrated compassion for our frustrations and was considered in her advice.

Kelly helped with sale of my father's house and it was anything but a typical transaction. There were many additional pieces needed for the sale that she was able to support and move forward without issue. Her professionalism and empathy are top notch! She was very on top of everything that needed to be done, got me paperwork immediately after she got it, and checked in everyday to make sure everything was going smoothly. Kelly is so knowledgeable about the Denver metro area because she is a lifelong Denver resident who has herself lived in many different towns and communities surrounding the city. This gives her an instant ability to determine likely areas to show clients since she is so aware of the options, amenities and tone of various communities. When we started our recent search, we were convinced that we wanted new construction. Previous to our first house hunting excursion, Kelly had us come up with a list of criteria that were important to us in a new home. We all discussed it and came up with a game plan. Kelly showed welcome flexibility when we decided that if bulldozers, mud and immature landscaping were big parts of new construction, we must want something else. She quickly pivoted after a day that made us realize that what we were looking for was a recent build in a mature community. She helped us find and purchase a gem. Through it all, she was our champion. She offered sage negotiating advice, she was unruffled by vigorous negotiations and helped us understand a market that was new to us since we came from the Midwest. Kelly’s responsiveness did not end with our recent closing. Since we are new to the area, we have needed a lot of recommendations for vendors and contractors who can help us personalize our new home. She always digs around to quickly find a referral if she doesn’t already have one. She never makes me feel like the needy client that I am.
