I was the trustee of a residence in Vallejo and I didn't quite understand the process with being the trustee in the selling of the house. After reviewing the trust documents, Kelly was able to walk me through the process and explain the pros and cons so I could make an informed decision; another realtor I had spoken with prior was not familiar with trusts or had to "find out and get back to me". Problems can occur with not knowing. If you don't know then you don't know. Kelly knew. Kelly was able to facilitate the negotiation and sale of the residence in literally less than a few weeks.
