Kelly was incredibly helpful and responsive. She went above and beyond to ensure the deal went through after the appraisal came in low, including working with the appraiser to raise the value and giving up a portion of her own commission. She was always wiling to answer questions and was able to work around my sometimes crazy schedule. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
Overall, the sales experience was generally positive. Kelly has good knowledge of the local market in the process. Overall responsiveness could be improved slightly with more regular status updates.
