We kept looking, getting out bid and unhappy inspection reports. When we finally found the house we bought, she got there first and called me, "this is the one ", she said. She made us feel like family, and even months after we closed texted me to wish me a happy birthday. She made sure we kept to our wants in a house and worked with our budget.
