Kellie Rutherford went above and beyond in guiding us through the sale of our California house and the purchase of our new Prescott Valley, Arizona home. The escrow in California was difficult due to the buyers of the house which in turn affected the escrow in the purchase of the new house. Kellie was able to use her vast knowledge of the real estate process here in Arizona to help stave off the sellers cancelling of escrow until the escrow in California finally closed. Kellie was able to advocate our position to the seller that the hold up was not of our doing.
