My mom passed a year ago now and I was in charge of figuring out all assets without will or probate. Also, I had never sold a house, let alone a manufactured home. I was hoping to do things as well in line with what my mom would have wished without knowing, so when I found Kellie’s card at my mom’s place, I gave her a call way before I was ready to list (6mos early). I found it comforting that Kellie immediately knew my mom’s first name by giving her last and she was very easy going and told me to call her when I was ready. It was nice that she didn’t pressure me and just waited patiently until I actually was ready. I had never done this before, let alone while going through all these memories sorting things at my mom’s, an hour drive from where I live. When I was ready to list it, Kellie was all over it, and it helped that everything could be through email/phone as I wasn’t local. We just closed this last week and I was able to meet her and she told me a story of my mom giving her a framed photo for her Payette office of wild horses… which is what my mom would do for people she cared for and appreciated as she didn’t have a lot 💖 While the process wasn’t emotionally easy to go thru for my own reasons, Kellie made everything else seamless and easy… an extra burden made lighter by Kellie. I feel very good that things happened in a way I think my mom would have wanted also which was the priority. I would highly recommend Kellie Robinson as a realtor to anyone looking to buy/sell a house or manufactured home.

Kellie is extremely knowledgeable about the local market. She will have hard conversations with the sellers when necessary. She takes the time to explain things. Kellie is easily reached via texting, which worked well for us. As a listing agent, she let us know whenever we had a showing and when we could return home. She sought feedback from the showing agents to help us best market our home.
