Simply, Kellie Parten is an expert. We had questions, she had answers. We had concerns, she listened. We wanted opinions, she responded. We needed insights, she had them. There was never a rush to get us out of our comfort zone to get the transaction completed. But, when we were ready, so was she. Her experience and professionalism in dealing with the other parties put us at ease...we knew she understood their motivations and their ability to handle the sticking points of the transaction. This house sale was not our first with Kellie and it won't be our last.
