The qualities which make Kellie such a great agent are her knowledge of the market, her years of experience, and her being willing to take the time to get to know us and understand our needs even when we didn't truly understand them ourselves. She was able to price our house perfectly in a not so great market, and we had a good offer within two weeks. We had to be out of town when the buyers wanted to close, and she was able to facilitate our closing from California. She never hesitated to be honest about a house which wasn't right for us, and when we found the house we were really crazy about, she helped us pull out all of the stops to get it. Our son is getting ready to sell his house, and we didn't hesitate to ask Kellie to be his agent. She is very good at explaining the technical side of buying/selling, and she was also the one there sweeping out our kitchen when it wasn't left very clean after closing.
