Took care of everything

We worked with Kellie remotely while living out of state. She took care of everything for us and she was always very fast to respond. She scheduled tours of houses and conducted very detailed video walkthroughs for us. She recommended or put us in touch will all of the people we needed to work with us including a housing inspector. She did a lot behind the scenes that we didn't even see, such as ensuring the sellers did the appropriate repairs. The sellers were not the easiest people to work with, but she hid most of the difficulty from us, working behind the scenes to keep everything on track. A last-minute issue beyond our control could have been a big problem, but just hours later, Kellie had taken care of it, and continue to stay on top of it as the problem evolved. She ensured we got moved into the house and closed while handling so many issues on her own without us even knowing about some of them until after. She even had an unexpected Saturday call with my parents who were having trouble getting into the lockbox to talk them through it. Thank you so much, Kellie!
