I have to start in 2019 when I first decided to move to Melbourne. My husband found Kellie on the internet and arranged for me to meet her to look at homes. She spent a whole day with me showing me homes that met my criteria even though I had really not committed to buying then. It wasn’t until my second trip to the area that we were committed, had a pre- approval letter and were going for it. After an inspection was done and many problems were found, she took it upon herself to find the correct professionals to fix the issues. We returned to Ohio and left the house empty. It took a few months to find a buyer. Kellie visited the property many times, even after the sale, but before the closing, to make sure everything was OK in the house and around the property. The sellers were not the easiest people to work with, but she hid most of the difficulty from us, working behind the scenes to keep everything on track. A last-minute issue beyond our control could have been a big problem, but just hours later, Kellie had taken care of it, and continue to stay on top of it as the problem evolved. She ensured we got moved into the house and closed while handling so many issues on her own without us even knowing about some of them until after. She even had an unexpected Saturday call with my parents who were having trouble getting into the lockbox to talk them through it. Thank you so much, Kellie!
