I have to start in 2019 when I first decided to move to Melbourne. My husband found Kellie on the internet and arranged for me to meet her to look at homes. She spent a whole day with me showing me homes that met my criteria even though I had really not committed to buying then. It wasn’t until my second trip to the area that we were committed, had a pre- approval letter and were going for it. Again she spent another whole day or two finding my husband and I the perfect home. She was there for us through the whole purchase and beyond. I contacted her many times after the sale had closed and she could have just wiped her hands of us, but she was always willing to help or knew answers to my questions and requests about the Space Coast area. Fast forward to 2024. We decided we needed to move home to Ohio and needed to put the home she found us up for sale. There were many obstacles that slowed the sale of the property but Kellie stuck with us. After an inspection was done and many problems were found, she took it upon herself to find the correct professionals to fix the issues. We returned to Ohio and left the house empty. It took a few months to find a buyer. Kellie visited the property many times, even after the sale, but before the closing, to make sure everything was OK in the house and around the property. Now we are happily back in Ohio and I want to say that Kellie is the best realtor I have ever had the pleasure of working with and I have bought and sold 8 homes in my lifetime.
