Kellie is wonderful! We used her for our relo from South Texas to Melbourne Beach based on great reviews from others. Sometimes reviews are fudged and ya end up with a lemon. Not here. Kellie Bowling recently helped us purchase our Canaveral Groves home in August of 2018 and we could not have been happier with the result. She and her team were incredibly responsive and worked well together. As with any home buying purchase we had some ups and downs. Kellie and her team took every single bump in stride. Our home purchase was through the H.U.D. program which in itself has many different stipulations regarding home inspection, purchasing ability, and financing requirements. Kellie was able to navigate us through some of the more tricky aspects of purchasing a H.U.D. home. After all was said and done, we got a great deal on a fantastic home and I do not believe we could've done any better than using Kellie has our realtor. She is even kept in touch with us afterwards. Many new home buyers are unaware of the benefits of the homestead exemption tax filing. Kellie made sure to remind us of our filing options to save us even more money in the years to come! Absolutely fantastic service before, during, and after the sale!

We can't brag enough about Kelly! She patiently saw us through a major change from building to buying an existing home. She was calming when my husband and I thought we would never find a home to suit our needs. She has great negotiating skills and knows how to stand firm when needed. She guided us through flood zones and insurance, the ins and outs of certificates of occupancy, lender issues and a challenging closing. She was always ready to listen and when we had questions she had answers. We highly recommend her!!
I cannot say enough about my realtor Kellie! I've been looking for the perfect piece of land for more than a year. Kellie has been with me from day one and never missed a beat. Whether it was 8:00 am or 9:30 pm, she was always there to dig up information, make an offer, or call the county to check on zoning. Even when I was frustrated and feeling that I would never find that perfect property, she was digging up more for me to check out. I sometimes wondered how she made a living because she made me feel like I was her only client! I'm not sure many realtors out there would have stuck it out and put up with me as long as she did. Kellie is amazing. She went above and beyond for us. She got us a full price offer within a week of listing because she didn't cut corners, invested the money in an amazing photographer, and hustled to get us the best deal. Real estate can be tricky but Kellie never wavered. Last minute when we were overwhelmed with the last few tasks, Kellie shined by sending over two professionals to wrap up the details without us even asking. The only mistake you'll make in buying or selling a home is if you don't call Kellie first!
We came across Kellie, by accident actually. Called office looking for someone else referred to us. We were there from out of state to handle putting my mother in law's home on the market. Other person was not available, so Kellie was someone who took our call. VERY happy that happened. She is extremely professional, very quick with responses to questions and emails. Knows the area well and came to our first appt. very prepared, with documentation needed and knowledge of other pertinent information necessary to acquire us as a new client. We felt very comfortable with her and knew we would be in great hands. Even now, at this writing, we are back home in NYS, and feel relieved to know that Kellie is there for us for the process of the sale. She's a keeper!!!!!!
