We recently moved across country and were so pleased with how Kellie Batali supported us through the process of selling our Mirrormont home. We have spoken with Kellie over the years about our house, and when it was time to plan more seriously, she was extremely helpful in prioritizing projects and touches we could finish before listing the house to help maximize its appeal. She had the house staged elegantly and managed all of the marketing perfectly, from timing of the listing to managing offers. We were most concerned with the timing as the market was just opening up again and we would be in transit while the house was listed and offers came in. Kellie has done a great job selling homes for us during not one, but two moves for our family. Our most recent sale came during the summer of 2022, when the real estate market had just stopped cold. Fortunately, Kellie knew how to still price our home aggressively but also correctly. It was such a tricky balance given the slowdown in the market, but she got it right. Kellie did a wonderful job guiding us through the steps to selling our first home. As first-time home sellers, we had never been on this side before. She walked through our home with us and helped us identify some small projects we could do to help increase our opportunities for getting the best price. She also gave us a plan for prepping the house for staging. She spent multiple days with us, helping us stage the home and provided staging items we were missing. She has a knack for interior decorating and helped us decorate the home in the best way for showings and photos. Kellie has decades of experience as a realtor, and although the market was going through significant changes at the time of our listing, she came up with some creative ideas for helping us close on our home. I would like to take a moment and explain what a wonderful agent Kellie is. We moved here from out of state last year, and had no idea that the housing market was as hot as it is. Months went by, and we were unable to be the winning offer on a house in the neighborhood we wanted.
