We can’t say enough about how great our experience was with Kelli Phillips. I chose Kelli based on the great reviews I read about her. They were all spot on! She helped us with staging ideas that really made our house shine. She gave my wife a short list of “honey dos” for me to accomplish. All of this was done before we signed a contract with her. Where is the 10-star button on this thing?! I could write a tome about how much I love Kelli Phillips and her team, but no one wants to read that. Just know that Kelli Phillips and her team are everything you'd hope for when buying and/or selling your home. We did both, and it was a rocky road. Anything we could control went fine, but there are LOTS of moving parts in the real estate game, and things got crazy several times. EVERY single time, Kelli and her team were there, making things right. Kelli herself is equal parts coach, counselor, friend, and warrior. She gets stuff done--even the tough negotiations and sticky-situation management--while being one of the most delightful ladies you'll ever know.
