I have had a rental experience with Kelli Graybill in renting my canto in Tampa Channelside. She was very helpfull in getting the place in tip-top shape so that I was able to get the most for the rental. She followed up on the details to make sure the tenant was happy with his moving transition. Since I live in another state her being there to take care of things made my life must easier. She is caring, thoughrough and very detailed in her follow up. I plan on using her in the future!
