Kelli and her team are excellent professionals. She knows the business and guided me through each step. If I called or texted her, she always replied the same day, (mostly within 1/2 hour). The photos and description she put on the MLS did the trick. My house sold in 3 days for more than the asking price (I know this doesn't happen often).
