Kelli was helpful in the process, but there were several times where we could not get in touch with her for a few days. We had a ton of questions that were answered by her assistant, but were not always accurate. For example, they told us we would have to move our stuff out of our house into the moving truck and keep it there overnight. After more research, we found out that was not true. She has great negotiation skills though and it was nice to have her on our side. She is somewhat intimidating to the other party, which is always a good thing! We also had an issue with the showings for our house. All the showings had to be cleared through us via text message and my husband and I simply don't have service while we work. We felt as though she should have been at our house and taking care of the showings. But this was our first time selling and buying, so not sure what the process was. Instead of sitting down and signing all the papers at one time, we were getting countless emails everyday sent both to my husband and I to sign. This was tedious and a bit relentless. I work in a busy ER and did not have time everyday, sometimes up to 3 times a day, to check my email and sign a bunch of papers. Then, at the end, just a day or so before closing, we signed a paper in the wrong order, which almost postponed our closing dates. This could have been taken care of if we just sat down and signed all the papers at once, in person. In the end, everything worked out. I just felt as though the process was very disorganized and relied on the agent of our purchase more so than my own agent.
