Kelli Cowan is the absolute best!!! From the first time I talked to her while I was still in Canada, asking about a rental in Dallas, TX, to a year later, when she was the one who helped me purchase my brand new home, Kelli has been there for me each step of the way! One of the many things I love about Kelli is that I can trust her! Remotely looking for a rental on short notice while working out the logistics of an international move, can be intimidating at its best. Kelli found me a rental in time that worked incredibly well for me in EVERY way!! Approximately 10 months after the international move from Calgary, Alberta Canada to Dallas, Texas, Kelli and I started talking about a home purchase. She was always ready and available to discuss any questions I had. And trust me, I had many! She walked me through feelings of doubt and made me feel good throughout the entire process. 3 months later I MOVED INTO MY BRAND NEW HOME!! I credit Kelli Cowans for this huge accomplishment!!! Oh and did I mention I’m a single mom with two kids? I could not have done it without Kelli!
