The most important thing Kelli does during the buying and selling process is she listens. She hears what you are wanting and doesn't try to push you into a home you aren't 100% on. She uses her vast experience to see things in walk throughs that never would have crossed my mind. She has a network of professionals that can tackle any issue with a home very quickly. During closing she fought for me to get top dollar when selling my home and during purchasing she facilitated deals that always seemed to fall in my favor. When it comes to real-estate in KC I have never once looked to anyone other than Kelli. She fosters trust with her buyers and sellers and fights hard to get you what you want. It's nice to have a professional like Kelli in your corner during what can be an overwhelming experience.
