Kelli helped us sell a home and buy a home during this crazy covid crisis!!! She had our home underway with a contract in three days!! She even traveled 2.5 hours one way to help us find our new home to buy! She is a tireless agent who feels more like family than an agent!! She was always available and never thought any questions were dumb. She fought for us when things got a little tough with the purchase of our home and she never stopped!!! She is a greasy knowledgeable agent with great contacts. If she can’t help with something directly she knows someone who can!!!

I met Kelli when my wife and I went and viewed a house she was listing. We had already seen two other houses that day with two other realtors. Kelli walked us all around the property she had listed and was incredibly knowledgeable about all of the details of the property. I'm certainly not bashing the two other realtors that we met earlier that day, but Kelli was "leaps & bounds" better than they were. She was attentive, professional, punctual, and a great communicator. If you're trying to sell your house, I would encourage you to give Kelli a call as she does an excellent job of connecting with people and showing them the best features of a property without being pushy or applying unnecessary pressure. Unfortunately, the house my wife and I viewed with Kelli wouldn't work for us, but we were so impressed during our viewing that we decided to ask her to be our buying agent. Kelli worked tirelessly to help us find a home that works for our family. Once we identified a home, she worked with us to ensure we got the best deal possible. She's very smart and a good negotiator. She guided us through the buying process and helped protect our interests throughout. When we ran into issues, Kelli was honest and forthcoming with our options and kept the closing process on schedule. She has a knack for being able to work with people that I would describe as "difficult" while never loosing her composure. So whether you're buying or selling, you really can't go wrong using Kelli as your realtor.

Kelli did such an impressive job helping us sell our house. After years with the house on and off the market she helped us with everything we needed to know and change about our property, then worked very hard to keep it low stress while seeing the sale through despite hiccups and challenges. As a seller who has already moved out of state, I actually felt comfortable at all times that Kelli had everything under control. That is SO IMPORTANT. I never felt stressed about being unable to deal with renters/buyers in person. I will only work with Kelli in the future. I very highly recommend her!
