We originally hired Kelli to sell our property out in Boyd once we renovated it after our renter had destroyed it. While renovating Kelli had many people interested and were waiting on us to complete. Then COVID hit and we shifted gears on her by deciding to keep our newly renovated property and selling our home in Grapevine. This didn't slow her down at all, within a week the house was listed. We were a little concerned with several homes in the neighborhood, including a close neighbor, with for sale signs up but we shouldn't of been. During a pandemic Kelli had families looking at the house in no time. She had an open house that put our neighbors realtor to shame, and the house sold close to our asking price in 52 days! Our old neighbors home is still up for sale and several others have taken theirs off the market. I would highly recommend Kelli to anyone because I know she will put her all into it and find a buyer or a new home for you!

Kelli was referred to us from a close friend. She exceeded all expectations! Kelli is knowledgeable and personable and we knew 5 minutes after meeting her that we would be in good hands. Kelli sold our home during the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic, often dealing with nervous potential buyers who didn't know what the future held. We had multiple offers and closed on our home in just a few weeks during the middle of a national crisis! Kelli used exceptional vendors to photograph our home and make it look as appealing as possible for buyers who do most of their shopping online. We were extremely impressed with Kelly and will use her for all of our future real estate needs!
