There every step of the way!!!
This is the second time my wife and I have worked with Kelley. Six years ago when we bought our condo, and most recently when we sold our condo. Kelley's real estate mind is spot on. She knows the market, and provided excellent feedback and suggestions on where to price the unit and how to present it. She even helped clean up a chair for us that had been stained. This was especially important to us because we listed and sold the condo from New York State. There was significant negotiation prior to accepting an offer and she provided valuable guidance. Highly recommend anyone to utilize her services. We will again when we look to purchase again in SW Florida.
