Working with Kelley was an excellent experience. As a first time home buyer she first walked me through all of the things I would need to do to complete the process and helped answer all the questions I had about the process. Throughout the process she was easy to get in touch with and was able to help me set up my appraisals and walkthroughs while I was out of town. Overall it was an excellent experience.
Kelley was very adept in determining a price that I should offer. Based on her review of sales in the area, she advised that we offer less than the sales price. The offer was accepted. She was very good at negotiating the inspection items, and everything was super smooth. I highly recommend her.
Kelley was great at negotiating the price and contract details. She connected with the listing agent, and made the process seamless.
