Kelley has her thumb on the pulse of this stupid, crazy market - and it is crazy (if you know, you know)... Without writing a novel, I'll sum it up with this; Kelley gave white glove service. With patience and grace, she educated us on the dynamics of the market and balanced that with what we brought to the table as far as our needs went. She listened, (rare), and went the extra mile to make sure we were getting what we needed in our budget range. When time came to strike, she struck and we got exactly what we needed.
