We hired Kelley when we bought our place in Sonoma in 2003. And when it came time to sell, we called on Kelley again. Kelley worked side by side with us to help transition the tenant out of the property and prepare the home for market. The home had been neglected by the tenant and Kelley gave us suggestions on what to do to maximize the sales price without maximizing our expenses. At Kelley’s insistence we provided full disclosure about the property to all potential buyers, even though we were hesitant to do so at first, thinking it might dissuade some people. Based on her experience Kelley knew that it would work very well in our favor. And it did. Kelley provided factual descriptions of the property and high resolution, realistic images. She really knows how to draw the viewers in and walk them through the home, giving a true perspective so there was no surprises or disappointments when buyers toured the home and the property. In fact, within hours of going on the market we were having showings and people wanting to write offers. But we waited until after two Sunday open houses to make sure that everyone that was interested would be afforded an opportunity to write an offer. We received multiple offers and ended up choosing the lowest offer rather than highest. We wanted to give a young couple the same chance we were afforded when we bought the property—which was also a multiple offer situation. Kelly did an amazing job selling my home in Palm Desert. She had me do a home inspection prior to listing the property. This was a good move as we then disclosed all the issues with the property up-front. In doing so, all the potential buyers were well aware of everything right away and this made the whole process quicker and much easier down the road. She sold my home in a very short amount of time and at my asking price (which was higher per square foot than other comparable properties in the area). There was not much more that I could have asked for. Should you wish to sell your home, I would highly recommend her.
