I would highly recommend Kelley Blackburn. She is very knowledgeable and attentive, and she helped us sell my parents’ house fast for a good price. She was always available for us when needed and quickly answered any questions we had. She even went out of her way to help us move things along when we ran into an issue due to a third party. She definitely looks out for her clients and is passionate about her job.

Kelley was there every step of the process. I was selling one home and buy another in the same day. She set my home at the market value and I sold in less than 10 days at full asking price, which almost unheard on it today’s market. Kelley helped me locate my new home and negotiate a fair market price for myself and the seller. She explained the market to us and provided us with the market analysis that showed houses were taking 90 days to sell. Well, ironically, our house sold on day 90.
