At a young age of 16, Kelley’s first job was working in a Real Estate Office. Today, you can read my high school yearbook with the future goal to become a Real Estate Broker.
After high school, Kelley opened a Permit Service business in Tampa, Florida serving general contractors and local builders, by obtaining permits in record time. Later, at the age of 21 she joined B & M Construction/MDM Engineering. They served some of the most recognized oil companies in the nation, MOBIL OIL, CHEVRON, EXXON, AMOCO, SHELL, TEXACO to name a few. Her responsibility was to coordinate with the real estate department and organize which projects could be permitted and built in the fastest time frame possible. This was a one stop shop which allowed the oil companies to open stores in record timing and to start pumping gas.
Her experience has allowed her to understand the most critical milestone when developing commercial property. She traveled the state of Florida creating lasting relationships with all cities, county and state agencies.
Now, second generation Real Estate Broker, Kelley is passionate about what she does and truly loves working with all types of Real Estate Transactions. "Proof in the Pudding" ....with over $276 million in sales and 1263 transactions. Personal Service with NO TEAMS! She brings value to her clients with the many hours of training and continuing education, earning some the top designations in the real estate industry.
